Back Extension
Back extension will help to balance the work you do for your abs. If you work your abs you need to be working your low back. Here's how to do it using your stability ball:

Drape your body over a stability ball, face down

Place your hands behind your head or across your chest like in the illustration

Raise your torso up to straighten your spine by contracting the muscles of lower back
-
Don’t go beyond an upright position. Don't hyper-extend too much.

Return to the start and continue for reps
