"Rick taught me to improve the quality of my exercise routine. My focus was strictly on cardio, he trained me to broaden my routine to include strength training without the expense of joining a gym or buying lots of equipment. He also advised me on eating a smarter, well balanced diet."
Dave O'Neil, Holliston, MA
"This was an excellent course. I learned a lot about ways to get more fit and be more mindful about exercise and nutrition. Rick is sincerely interested in us as individuals, and I felt like I was getting personal training at each class."
Dianne Veitch, Sherborn, MA
"I think Rick was very clear about goals and techniques of how to do each exercise properly. He was extremely organized and well prepared. Rick went out of his way for us and was very professional and a good teacher."
Jennifer Stoner, Sherborn, MA
I have had the pleasure of attending Rick DeToma's Fitness Bootcamp. The incredible thing about bootcamp is that it is individually geared and tailored to the individuals abilities. You do not need to be athletic, fit, or in shape. Fitness Bootcamp teaches you exercises that can be done in the home without the need to join a gym or fancy equipment. Boot camp is also an excellent workout which allows you to push yourself to reach your goals. Rick DeToma is an excellent instructor. His focus is on the individual and their goals, his class is structured and non competitive. I had fun at bootcamp. I would highly recommend Rick DeToma.
Michael E. Comeau, Natick, MA
The first day of "boot camp" I was overwhelmed. At my age I did not think I could ever do push ups again or improve my cardio staying power and I didn't want to become exhausted trying. At the end of the session I could do two sets of 10 pushups and more cardio without feeling exhausted all day. I am amazed at how only a few weeks turned around a pattern established over several decades. Just do it!
