Fitness Makeover
Our Fitness Makeover is a single session designed to help the experienced exerciser who is in need of change, motivation, support or help. We will evaluate your program and look at your goals, and make the necessary changes to keep you challenged and motivated. Perhaps you need some new exercises? Maybe you would like to see how to correct your form on a new lift you are trying? Perhaps some new stretches to work out that tension in a tight spot.
This program could include:
Goal setting
Individualized strength, cardiovascular, or stretching routine
Step by step instruction
Education, motivation and support
