We will evaluate your body structure in relationship to your swing. If you are lacking in flexibility in the spine, hips or shoulders for example, you will make compensations in your swing that limit you from reaching your potential. This program will resolve those physical limitations that get in the way of making a repeatable, consistent and safe swing. 

Improve Your Golf Game with
Weight Training & Medicine Ball Workouts

On the fence about beginning a home workout to enhance your game? Consider this, a study recently reported in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research found that golfers who performed a twice weekly strengthening/plyometric training program saw improvements in both club head speed and driving distance.

The study participants performed the following weight training workout, 3 sets of 6-8 reps of bench press, squats, single-arm rows, lunges, shoulder presses, crunches, back extension and side bends.

The medicine ball workout consisted of 3 sets of 8 reps of seated twists, standing twists, standing back extensions, and golf swings. It is important to note that the medicine ball was released at the end of the swings so that the golfer would learn to accelerate through the ball.

At the end of the 8 week study (16 sessions) the the strengthening/plyometric training group saw improvements in both club head speed and driving distance. The study authors concluded that the multi-joint movements and whole-body strengthening of the workout contributed to the improvements.
