Lat Stretch on a Stability Ball

I see tight lats in many people. Here's a great way to stretch your lats using a stability ball. Do this lat stretch as a part of your regular flexibility routine and you will develop upper-back and shoulder flexibility.

Lat Stretch Kneel behind a stability ball. Your butt should rest on your heels. Extended your arms and place your palms up on the ball. Aim for about the two o'clock position. Roll the ball forward and keep your butt on your heels. Drop your chest towards the floor. Attempt to lift your hands off the ball as you exhale and move into the lat stretch.

As you roll forward you want to envision pushing the ball away. Don't roll more of your arms onto the ball.
