Quick Start Introduction to Fitness
Our Quick Start is designed to get you up-to-speed on correct exercise form, and on your way to meeting your goals. We will design a program suitable for the beginning exerciser which will cover the basics of strength and aerobic training, and flexibility.
This program includes:
8 sessions (twice per week) with a certified personal trainer
Goal setting
Strength, cardiovascular, and stretching routine
Step by step instruction
Program tracking
Education, motivation and support
