The Stability Ball Rollout

The stability ball rollout is a great way to challenge your abs without having to flex the spine. This move can be very challenging and I suggest working on plank and other abdominal stabilization exercises before you try this.

stability ball rollout image You need to really focus your mind on what you are doing when performing the stability ball rollout:

• Kneel on a mat and place your hands on a medium sized ball, not quite on top

• Brace your abs and slowly lean forward and roll your hands over the ball while the ball moves away from your body.

• Keep your body in a straight line and go as far as you can with perfect form.

• Contract your abs hard and reverse the motion to return to the upright position.
